To get your business online, you’ll first need to get a domain name for your business and a hosting company for your website hosting account. You can purchase both the domain name and the hosting plan in one place such as Startlogic, BlueHost or JustHost. You can also purchase more than one domain and host multiple websites on a single hosting plan.

Many of my clients start off by purchasing a domain name from Godaddy, and then they get stuck on what to do next. Godaddy puts up too much information and hoops to jump through which confuses many folks.
